Program Description

The greatest joys in life only happen when we are intentionally present.

Seemingly stuck in our heads, we tend to rehash about past events, pre-hash about future uncertainties and ruminate in the present, often based on distortions of reality. These tendencies to overthink and experience life in the “unpresent” may be the utmost source of unhappiness.

Fortunately, the opposite case is also true. We may not be able to control our thoughts, but we can prevent our thoughts from controlling us and diminishing our lives. With practice, we can make meaningful improvements that provide an enduring “Mindset Reset.”

Enrich your life for good with this interactive training experience, for both your own benefit and that of your clients or organization.
