Why Volunteer with ATDChi?

ATDChi is the leading Talent Development organization in Chicagoland. Since our founding in 1943, we have been THE place to be for education, industry knowledge, networking, and just out right FUN.

Volunteering is a great way to enhance your resume. It also gives you a chance to meet other professionals on a deeper, more candid level.  The Muse identifies 5 ways volunteering helps you:

  1. It looks great on your resume
  2. It presents an opportunity to meet people
  3. It helps you determine your career goals
  4. It allows you to develop and refine new skills
  5. It makes you more confident.
