Program Description:

Are you working with leaders and clients that are navigating a hybrid work model? This transition is an opportunity for a profound transformation of how work gets done and if done right can impact the ability to retain talent in this competitive talent environment. Leaders are being asked to shift their mindsets and navigate this transition with their teams. We will explore how two organizations are approaching new work models and discuss factors for success/challenges in keeping the best talent between the two models.

During this interactive session, you will:

  • Explore potential pros/cons for getting hybrid right in organizations
  • Discuss how this model of working encourages or discourages an inclusive work environment
  • Share alternative teaming models and discuss impacts to productivity and performance

The Speaker:

Tiffany Prince, founder of Prince Performance LLC in Chicago, is experienced in providing coaching, workshops and consulting around leadership, performance, change management and building high-performing teams for leaders at all levels of organizations that are facing challenges due to technology transformations, skill gaps within employees, globalization and building inclusive workplaces. Tiffany obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Global Business Management, from Pepperdine University. She is currently serving on the Business Intelligence Council of Chief Learning Officer. She is the author of, “Top of the Mountain Leadership - The Future of Performance and Productivity in a Technology Changing World”.
