Her work as an organization performance thought partner with Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations, and government entities results in dramatic improvements in business outcomes.
As an organization development expert, Dr. Gia manages a private consulting practice. She is a distinguished adjunct professor at Olivet Nazarene University and adjunct faculty at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Gia combines her educational accomplishments and professional consulting experience to ensure she remains current in both the academic and business worlds.
Hayward Suggs, MA
Co-author of the book “Onboarding Quick Guide”, Hayward loves working with cool people on awesome projects. He specializes in helping successful leaders prepare themselves and their teams for career defining moments. His clients include C-suite executives of major organizations, entrepreneurs, non-profit leaders, public officials, and adult education experts around the globe.
He is managing principle at Commonquest Consulting, and brings a wealth of experience as general manager at the Institute of Managerial and Clinical Consultation, Sr. VP of Operations at Behavioral Health Non-Profit in Chicago, as well as Executive Director at Behavioral Health Non-Profit in Kankakee.
