Tim is an engaging speaker, consultant, author, coach, and master facilitator. He founded the Corporate Learning Institute in 1995. He has provided team development with hundreds of teams and thousands of participants.
Tim has authored an independently validated assessment - Team Essentials, - that measures team performance. He develops custom assessments for employee engagement, values and culture, and satisfaction.
Tim has taught, as an Adjunct Professor, at the Doctorate, Master’s, and Undergraduate level since 1998. He has taught for University of Illinois, Chicago, Elmhurst University, Argosy University, Benedictine University, Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Dominican University, and College of Du Page Business and Professional Institute.
