Mid Level Leaders within organizations are challenged every day to translate strategy from the Executive Leadership team down to front-line team members. They are often the glue which holds an organization together. However, these critical leaders are provided little to no guidance on the skill set and mindset needed to achieve this goal.
This program will share research and Lake Forest Center for Leadership’s point of view on how these leaders need to think and behave differently. It is a truly a needed mindset shift in order for them to climb the corporate latter and for the organization to achieve their desired business results.
