Program Description

As an OD practitioner, you may have the best learning program in the world, but it won’t have an impact if no one participates in it. This is a challenge both internal and external professionals face. Two types of marketing and sales conversations become critical for you to master - getting company management to endorse a new learning program, and then getting employees to sign up and participate in it. The good news is that the journey to holding those conversations successfully is the same for either group.

Join us on June 28 as Brian Kuszynski of Zynk30 leads an interactive program to explore the following questions and challenges:

  • What is a target market, in the learning & development world?
  • Why do you need to define your target market, both among leadership decision-makers and among potential employee participants?
  • How do you go about identifying yours?
  • How do you create a compelling message that will connect with your target market, and will lead toward organizational buy-in and high participation?

Brian Kuszynski is the owner of Zynk30, a marketing agency. Brian has built Zynk30 by pushing the boundaries creatively and technically to provide small businesses and their customers with a unique brand experience.

Zynk30 helps companies who are not satisfied with their ability to consistently grow market share and suspect their marketing strategies are not paying off. We uncover what is holding you back from a repeatable process for growth by improving the customer experience.

ZYnk30 has helped over 80 brands with their marketing needs; from large brands such as Chevrolet to small brands like and! Sales a manufacturer’s representative sales group or Rebellious Beverage Company, a start-up beverage company.
