Program Description

As an OD practitioner, you may have the best learning program in the world, but it won’t have an impact if no one participates in it. This is a challenge both internal and external professionals face. Two types of marketing and sales conversations become critical for you to master - getting company management to endorse a new learning program, and then getting employees to sign up and participate in it. The good news is that the journey to holding those conversations successfully is the same for either group.

Join us on June 28 as Brian Kuszynski of Zynk30 leads an interactive program to explore the following questions and challenges:

  • What is a target market, in the learning & development world?
  • Why do you need to define your target market, both among leadership decision-makers and among potential employee participants?
  • How do you go about identifying yours?
  • How do you create a compelling message that will connect with your target market, and will lead toward organizational buy-in and high participation?
