In this interactive session, you’ll learn Customer Experience principles that OD leaders can apply to the experiences they lead, create, influence, and deliver, impacting employees and customers alike. We’ll focus on making every moment count for the humans we serve.
During this 90-min session, we’ll explore:
- How to align leaders/teams around a shared “experience” mindset (employee + customer)
- Practical ways to mobilize “change agents” across the organization (even without a formal mandate)
- Breakout activity: identify one real experience moment in your organization (or consulting work) and apply one high-impact, experience-centric improvement action
- Group shareback for synthesis and applied learning
