Therese brings two decades of experience in leadership development. With insights drawn from exposure to the most intricate leadership challenges, she has a keen understanding of what is required to drive leadership performance. The core of Therese’s work enables her clients to be more incisive and impactful in how they lead their teams.

Known for her deep listening skills, she tailors her approach to her clients’ needs and challenges. She’s worked with all levels of leadership, from senior executives to new people managers, in a variety of areas - from skill-based leadership development to change management.

Her track record spans tech, manufacturing, banking, media, and retail including Meta, New York Stock Exchange, Madison Square Garden, FanDuel, Citi, Chanel, Toro, Rockwell Automation and BNY Mellon. With a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, she brings a disciplined approach to leadership development, while finding joy in creating practical and simple solutions to clients’ needs.

Therese is the co-author of the book, The Facilitation Advantage, equipping leaders with the skills to collaborate, navigate complex challenges, inspire teams and achieve exceptional results.
