The eLearning Showcase returns after a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic. This popular, in-person event will take place at Northern Illinois University’s Naperville campus on Tuesday, August 23. You’ll choose from four conference tracks and have new opportunities to network with Special Interest Groups (SIGs).

Structured networking opportunities have been added to this year’s event in response to attendee feedback about the conference. We are pleased to offer an entire time block devoted to SIGs, with networking activities led by industry professionals. You’ll have an opportunity to gain new insights and share what you know with fellow professionals in your field. SIGs for five topics are available: The Learning Technologies Landscape, Accessibility, Gamification, Freelancing, and xAPI.

Registration & Lunch Order Deadlines

  • Monday, July 25: Deadline for the early registration rate
  • Monday, August 15: Deadline for registering to have your specific lunch order guaranteed
    • If you have any special dietary requirements, please register by August 15.
    •  If you register after August 15, the venue may not be able to accommodate your exact lunch request.
  • Thursday, August 18: Deadline for advance, online registration
  • Tuesday, August 23: Onsite registration for a limited number of people available at the event; onsite registrants cannot be guaranteed a lunch.
    •  If you register onsite, you may need to purchase a lunch from the café at the conference center.
