As we reflect on 2020, we can definitely say it has been extraordinary. We’ve seen our world turned upside down and we have had to face challenges with determination, strength, and flexibility in our workplaces and personal lives. Within these extraordinary times, we’ve seen remarkable resilience against odds, innovation in the way we do business, and gracious leadership.

It's the optimism in all of this that sets the backdrop and tone for this conference.

This event bring together stellar speakers that are leaders in their area of expertise. Throughout the conference, you'll have opportunities to learn more about:
  • Building personal resilience and staying centered
  • Building organizational resilience within a remote workforce
  • Emerging as a leader
  • Reimagining the approach to workplace learning
  • Enhancing collaboration using the power of mastermind groups
  • Navigating through change during these uncertain times

There will be plenty of opportunity to network and connect with other attendees via our virtual platform. We are also featuring two special Personal Trust Networking  (PTN) sessions with Matt Elwell - one on Monday, November 16th and another on Tuesday, November 17th. These sessions require a separate registration, have limited capacity and are offered on a first come, first serve basis. Upon registering for this conference, you'll receive the links to register for one of the two PTN sessions. A description of the PTN session can be found here: https://atdchi.org/Personal-Trust-Networking/

Join your talent development colleagues to engage in learning and networking!
