Enabling Business Success Using the Business Initiative Questionnaire and Learning, Measurement, and Change Management Principles

Please join us virtually on Monday, November 6.

Most strategic initiatives have defined business outcomes tied to a project charter. So why do many initiatives fail? Even better, how would you like to be the partner everyone trusts to help them meet their goals?

This session introduces a business initiative questionnaire you can use to effectively support your organization's strategic initiatives. You will define three elements critical to the success of any initiative:

  • Business goals
  • Business procedures and skills
  • Implementation and measurement
The questionnaire provides you with a repeatable process to help you drive success in under 20 questions. It will enable you to:
  • Build connections between the business goals and employee processes and skills
  • Partner with your initiative to determine if the business goals warrant an implementation and measurement plan.
  • Elevate the conversation on key topics of accountability, proficiency, and measurement in the flow of work.
Examples of how the questionnaire has been used in multiple projects including award winners. All participants will receive the business initiative questionnaire that they can use on their own business initiatives.
