Join Morgean Hirt and the ATD Chicagoland Chapter for the first session of a special two-part series on the ATD Talent Development Capability Model facilitated by Morgean Hirt from the Association for Talent Development! Released in January 2020, the Talent Development Capability Model is a framework that responds to those trends affecting talent development, such as digital transformation, data analytics, information availability, and partnerships between talent development and business, and guides what practitioners need to know and do to develop themselves, others, and their organizations.

Hear from ATD's Director of Credentialing, Morgean Hirt, about how this game-changing model helps prepare TD professionals for the trends we can’t yet see and the future we cannot predict. Explore the new interactive Capability Model, which can help you harness change for your organization.

This session will help you:

  1. Understand the components of the new model - Discover the knowledge and skills that will empower the growth and development of talent development professionals
  2. Apply the interactive tools to identify areas of growth for yourself or your whole team - Assess skill strengths and gaps for development
  3. Create a personalized learning plan of resources to close gaps
