What we hoped would last a few weeks is now approaching a year. We are getting better at communicating virtually, but the tools are still coming up short, especially when compared to in-person classroom training. Some of us started with Zoom and learned to use the available features (chat, polls, annotation) to sufficiently engage our audiences. Then comes Microsoft Teams, and your company or customers want you to move to this more secure and integrated platform. But wait! Teams is not Zoom. And you learn that while they are feverishly trying to replicate those features, they have a long way to go, and legacy tools that are a double-edged sword. Join us for this highly interactive session with a discussion of the key tools with a focus on what is most important - you! We'll look to get your input in advance to be able to tailor the presentation to what you really want to know.
Let us know what you most miss in the move from classroom ILT to virtual ILT. And also share your stories of the best experience you've had with virtual ILT so we can all raise the bar as we move to the next generation of what is likely here to stay.
