Chicago OD Network PDN: Polarity Thinking™ from a Neuroscience Perspective

  • February 28, 2020
  • 7:45 AM - 10:00 AM
  • Northern Trust, 181 W. Madison-7th floor, Chicago

Quick! Make a decision: Do you want to breathe in or breathe out? If, like most of us, you need to do both, you’ve felt the basic pattern of Polarity Thinking™. And if you’ve ever been in an organization that seems to vacillate between centralization and decentralization, a focus on individuals and the overall company, or addressing mission and financial success; you’ll want to know more about how Polarity Thinking™ can provide an insight, a graphic facilitation tool and a way to get past EITHER-OR to BOTH-AND.

Come to an interactive session to learn about the Polarity Map™, values that come in pairs, identified polarities and how you can apply what you learn to situations including strategy, culture, change, coaching, facilitation and more. You’ll hear about some real-life applications and have a chance to practice what you learn. For an added insight, we will examine the value of Polarity Thinking™ in the context of recent applications of neuroscience to leadership and positive culture.

Presenter: Neesa Sweet
