Northwest PDN: Building & Maintaing Client Relationships-Balancing Trust & Technical Expertise

More is required from HR/OD professionals both inside and outside their organizations. We must help our clients deliver business results while also supporting key organization initiatives. Having strong trusted relationships and skills around team building and leadership can set professionals apart and supercharge their career success. But mastering those skills is difficult, especially for technically or functionally-focused professionals.

David Ryan, of Gray Matters Group, will share practical skills and disciplines that will support OD practitioners in their efforts to help themselves and their internal clients expand their relationship “comfort zones”, create and sustain connections with key stakeholders, and provide a mechanism for differentiation.

He has nearly twenty-five years of experience across business development, marketing, operations, and executive management. He has worked with leading companies including Deloitte, KPMG, CDW, Hewitt, United Health Care, and West Monroe Partners. He is a frequent speaker and writer on how professional services companies can enhance the performance of their client development operations resulting in revenue growth, improved profitability, scalability, and increased client loyalty.
