Join us for a discussion around how to empower employees to drive their feedback conversations.
We often think of feedback as something we receive – a gift – some are great, some we wish came with gift receipts. Either way, more often than not, we talk about feedback as a passive act for the recipient. The goal of this session is to flip that script. We will talk about how you can train your manager to give you actionable, constructive feedback that improves your performance and your “brand”. Then we will discuss some strategies to embed this process and behavior into the culture of the organization.
During the session you will learn:
- Why do well intentioned people struggle with providing effective feedback
- What you can do at an individual level to get better feedback
- How can you translate these learnings into a broader organizational initiative that improves the organization’s culture of feedback
