Join us for this lively webinar with neuroscience and coaching experts Ann Betz and Ursula Pottinga of BEabove Leadership. They'll take us through a fun science-based exploration of why certain coaching strategies work particularly well--even if they can make our clients uncomfortable at first. We'll look at things like when task-focus is counter-productive, how to get clients talking more fluently about feelings (and why this matters), using the body as an essential coaching tool, and much more.

After participating in this session, participants will be able to:

  • Be bolder in taking clients into areas that are out of their comfort zone
  • Explain the importance of "emotional granularity" to their clients (and have a few ideas to help clients develop this)
  • Use the client's body as part of their brain with clarity and confidence--and full client engagement

This virtual session is brought to you by ATDChi’s Executive, Team, & Group Coaching Professional Development Network (PDN).  ALL members AND guests are welcome to attend.
