Four Corners Learning: Navigating Communication Nuances in the Contemporary World

With today’s visual world plus access to seeing our learners and customers on a variety of platforms, an innocent “OK” symbol or particular posture may be interpreted differently given our audience. Understanding that variances exist is significant for organizational growth. When we unearth stereotypes and get to their roots is the moment we define learning and development strategies.
