Networking and Clinic - Exploring the CPLP. Should It Be in Your Career Plan?

The Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP) is the premier qualification of the Talent Development field. Awarded by the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Certification Institute, only 500 currently hold a CPLP demonstrating their high competency in the TD profession.

In this networking event, a panel of CPLPs will discuss their experience obtaining and maintaining a CPLP and how it has contributed to their professional and organizational life.  Among the questions they will address are:

  • Why should CPLP be in your career plan?
  • hy should your organization include CPLP in its talent development plans?
  • What are the steps to achieving a CPLP?
  • How do your prepare yourself for the CPLP?
  • How will a CPLP contribute to my professional life and growth?

Bring your questions about the CPLP to add to the discussion.

In addition, ATDChi will be kicking off a CPLP initative with the support of our Gold Sponsor, CARA, to support our members who have decided to add CPLP to their credentials.  Join us to learn how ATDChi continues to Advance, Build, Connect and Engage the Chicagoland TD profession and how you can participate.
