A Seat at the Table Panel Discussion:
How to Earn and Maintain Your L&D Seat at the Decision-Making Table
There’s a lot of talk in the industry about getting a seat at the decision-making table. But what does that really mean? What did the people who are already there do to get their seat? What are they doing to stay there? What can we all learn from them? And what, if anything, is getting in our way?
Join us Thursday, January 15 for this very exciting and distinguished panel.
The evening’s discussion will start with a brief State-of-the-Chapter report from President, Greg Owen-Boger, which will be followed by the panel discussion.
It’s a new year. Let’s get it started in the right seat and at the right table.
